OVERVIEW: This pathfinder is a guide to researching medical conditions and symptoms related to AIDS for legal advocates representing clients living with AIDS and HIV at disability appeals hearings before administrative law judges. The ultimate goal is to lead advocates to resources that provide materials appropriate for attorneys and, ideally, could be used to supplement the medical record. This pathfinder brings together a range of types of resources such as basic fact sheets, glossaries, medical journals, and new articles. Please see the Introduction sections for a more in depth discussion of the scope of the pathfinder.

For a shortcut through the guide, see Part 6 - QUICK GUIDE. Also, note that all of the sites mentioned in this guide are saved on del.icio.us at http://del.icio.us/hivpathfinder.
